Our Admission Process

1. Family Visit

Book your family visit at A⁺Academy today. This visit will allow you to gain further knowledge of our school and meet the educators. Please email us at info@aplusacademy.co.za or phone 087 808 5954.

2. Student Visit

After visiting A⁺ Academy as a family, we schedule 3 days for your child/children to visit our school, attend our classes, and be assessed by our educators. An amount of R 270.00 is payable before the visit.

This includes the following:

• A baseline assessment for your child/children
• Admin fee

The following documents need to be completed and returned before the scheduled visit:

• Consent and Indemnity form
• Code of Conduct form
• Proof of payment (Application fee R 270.00 )
  

3. Application Approval

Once the application is approved, we will require the following documents:

1. Completed Application Form
2. Signed Agreement along with the Registration fee of R 1600.00.
3.  The Fee includes the following:
4. Pestalozzi trust registration
5. A⁺Student Abacus Maths enrolment kit for grade R (ages 4-6) up to Grade 6
   
6. Copies of parents/guardians ID documents
7. A copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
8. Proof of residence
9. Notification of any medical condition
10. Notification of any required medication
11. Copy of medical aid card
12. Details of current music lessons (i.e. Piano, Violin, etc. for grades 1 to 6)

Note: A⁺ Academy Noordheuwel is an independent trading school. We have been working closely with the Department of Education and Pestalozzi Trust during the last 4 years expecting our EMI number in April ’25.
