Our Admission Process

Basic information regarding admission may be given telegraphically, at parents evenings as well as our open evenings. You can visit our website and/or via e mail correspondence.

1. Family Visit:

Book your family visit at our A+Academies today. This visit will afford you the opportunity to gain further knowledge of our school. You will meet our teachers and experience a day in the lives of our A+Academy Students.

2. Student Visit

After visiting our A+Academy as a family, we schedule a few days when your child/children can visit our Academy to join in our classes.

3. Placement Assessments
Depending on age your child will be required to write two assessments. English and Mathematics. A meeting with teachers and our principal will be set up to discuss the assessment and the enrolment process.

4. Application Form

Submit the A+ Application form together with the below-mentioned documents to the relevant A+Academy.

Supporting documentation:

1. Completed Application Form

2. Any important or pertinent information to support the application

3. Proof of payment (application fee R250)

5. Admission :

Once the application is approved, we will require the parents to send us the following documentation:

1. Signed Parent Contract along with the Registration fee of R1500. 00

   This includes registrations, some books and materials that will be discussed during your visits.

2. Copies of parent(s) / guardian(s) ID’s

2. Copy of student’s Birth Certificate/ID’s

3. Proof of residence

4. Notification of any medical condition

5. Notification of any required medication

6. Copy of medical aid card

7. Signed Code of Conduct.

8. Details of current music lessons (ie Piano, Violin etc.)  for students Grade RRR-6
